E-You Success | Dissemination

Georgian participants organized a presentation as part of the follow-up activities for the Erasmus+ project “E-You Success” in Larnaca, Cyprus. The goal was to share their experiences and showcase how the project focused on self-awareness, critical thinking, and empathy. Held in Larnaca, Cyprus, the project brought together participants from Georgia, Croatia, Greece, Cyprus, and Moldova, fostering a rich environment for cultural exchange and collaboration.

During the presentation, the Georgian team highlighted the project’s interactive learning approach, which included debates to develop critical thinking, team-building exercises to enhance collaboration, and psychological workshops to explore self-awareness. Storytelling activities were particularly impactful, as they built trust and empathy through shared narratives. Creative elements, like the collaboratively designed logo, symbolized the program’s values and illustrated the collective efforts of participants.

Gratitude was expressed to the Orama team and BITISI organization for their guidance and support, which helped create a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere throughout the project. The presentation concluded with reflections on personal growth, emphasizing how the project fostered self-awareness, critical thinking, and empathy. Georgian participants encouraged their peers to explore similar opportunities, underlining the value of international projects in broadening perspectives and enhancing self-development.

This event not only shared insights but also fulfilled a key Erasmus+ goal—spreading the inspiration gained through such initiatives. The Georgian participants successfully motivated their audience to engage in international collaboration, highlighting the transformative impact of Erasmus+ projects.
