“My 6 week ESC volunteering project at Ängsbacka was a soulful experience that deeply touched my heart. Living in a conscious community taught me the beauty of empathy, connection and simple, mindful living. Each day began with meditation and continued as “working meditation,” where even the smallest tasks carried meaning and presence. I found passion in contributing to a space built on trust, openness, and shared growth. Ängsbacka wasn’t just a project,it was a journey of the soul, reminding me how powerful community living can be when guided by awareness and compassion”.
