Our organization recently was a project partner in the training course titled “Inclusion in ESC and Youth Exchanges: Addressing Challenges in EU Youth Programmes”. This initiative was hosted by the Asociatia Nationala de Dezvoltare Continua a Tineretului din Romania (ANDCTR) and co-funded by the European Union. The program took place in Side, Turkey, from February 15 to February 21, 2026, with the hosting provided at the Side Royal Style and Side Royal Palace Hotels.
The project utilized non-formal education methodologies to foster inclusivity and diversity within the youth sector. Our participant engaged in a curriculum designed to raise awareness about diversity, develop inclusive practices, and empower youth workers to advocate for underrepresented groups in their local communities. The training also focused on enhancing cross-cultural understanding and strengthening collaboration among international youth organizations.

The daily structure consisted of four intensive workshop sessions interspersed with coffee breaks and meals. Each day concluded with a dedicated reflection period to ensure the consolidation of learning and the personal development of the participants. This schedule was mandatory for all attendees to ensure the quality of the educational outcomes.
Through this partnership, our representative gained the skills and tools necessary to create more welcoming environments for all young people regardless of their background. These competencies were formally recognized through the Youthpass framework, which focuses on helping participants reach their full potential. Our organization is now committed to disseminating these results through our ongoing work and social media channels.
The financial framework of the project ensured that accommodation and food were fully covered on an all-inclusive basis. Travel reimbursement was provided based on Erasmus+ distance rules, while participants were responsible for their own travel and health insurance. This collaboration has successfully strengthened our capacity to implement inclusive European youth projects in the future.

In the end, participants received YouthPass certificates that confirm their participation and the skills they gained during the project.

This training course is organized by the National Association for Continuous Development of Youth in Romania (ANDCTR) in Side, Turkey. The project is developed under the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
