“Hello, I am Salome Tikurishvili. this summer I graduated from ilia state university and I have a bachelor degree in Psychology. I have always wanted to have international working experience but I was always afraid to take a such challenge. However, I find strength in myself and decided to take part in the European solidarity Corps program.

It was surprising for me to be chosen volunteer. I will be volunteering in Hungary, Gyöngyös, for one year. it’s exciting to visit new country and establish relationships with people from different cultures. On the other hand, another positive side of European solidarity corpse program is that most of them gives you a chance to attend language courses, and if you are interested in learning languages it will be great. Also, this kind of experiences will help you to find out your abilities which will rise your self-esteem and courage. I hope this experience will allows me to gain not only new professional but also personal skills. At the end, if you are thinking about participation in ESC programs, don’t hesitate, find a strength in yourself and start working for your goals” – Salome tikurishvili.
